As part of your conditions, you'll book your home inspections as Kyle takes a deep dive into the property, gathering essential documents and information to help you make an informed decision. This includes pulling title documentation, such as covenants and building schemes, to uncover any potential restrictions or obligations tied to the property. 

If you’re purchasing a strata-titled property, he makes sure to obtain all relevant strata documents, ensuring you have a complete picture of the building's financial health, rules, and regulations.
